摘　　要：随着北京市迈入"创新驱动发展战略"的时代,对于其创新政策的研究也逐步开展起来。文章尝试通过构建一个"三维创新政策体系分析框架",将北京市已有的各创新政策条文按此框架体系化,即对北京市目前已有的创新政策条文进行整体化的定性梳理,以描绘目前北京市的创新政策体系现状,并从此现状出发,为北京市提出相应的政策建议。As Beijing starts its ＂innovation driven＂ strategy, the research for its innovation policy becomes popular. This study tries to describe the current situation of innovation policy system in Beijing, by adding the Beijing＇s innovation policies into a ＂3 d analysis framework of innovation policy system＂, and finally putting for- ward the corresponding policy recommendations.
