摘 要:对3种不同产地和用途的木棉纤维进行长度与细度测试分析,发现:海南岛木棉各长度指标明显大于另外两种印尼木棉,这与很多已有论述不同,说明除产地因素以外,初加工以及木棉实际品种、气候、土壤状况、植株差异、成熟度等因素均可能对木棉长度产生决定性影响;3种木棉都有相当数量的纤维直径小于已有论述的直径下限;一种国际上认可的最适用于用作浮力填充料的印尼木棉纤维表现出长度较短,直径偏细,长度直径分布较集中的特征。In this paper, fineness and length of three different kinds of kapok fibers planted in different places and for differet applications were tested and analyzed. It is found that average length and body length of the kapok fiber planted in Hainan Island are significantly greater than that of the other two kapok fibers planted in Indonesian, which differs with many existing deals. This shows that in addition to the places where they are planted, pretreating and actual varieties of kapok fiber, the difference of climate, soil, plants, maturity and other factors may be a decisive impact on the length of kapok fiber. The diameter of a significant number of the fibers of these three kinds is less than the lower limit of existing deals. The kapok fiber planted in Indonesia which has been internationally recognized as the filling material of the buoyancy, features shorter length, smaller diameter and relatively concentrated length and diameter distribution.
