摘 要:以双端环氧基聚硅氧烷和二乙烯三胺为原料,通过环氧基与胺基的亲核开环反应,合成超支化氨基改性聚硅氧烷,制备改性乳液,并将其应用于棉织物整理.研究了整理工艺条件对整理织物性能的影响,优化了整理工艺,测定了整理织物性能.结果表明:改性乳液稳定、不漂油,平均粒径为56 nm;当超支化氨基改性聚硅氧烷整理剂(固含量30%)用量12 g/L、焙烘温度130℃、焙烘时间60 s时,整理织物积分面积值为0.483,积分面积值减少率为71.5%,润湿时间为12.6 s;与嵌段型聚醚氨基改性硅油相比,改性乳液整理织物的亲水性和白度与之相当,柔软性明显提高;与氨基硅油相比,改性乳液整理织物的柔软性与之相当,但亲水性和白度明显提高.A hyperbranched amino modified polysiloxane was synthesized with polydimethylsiloxane dou?ble-terminated with epoxy groups and diethylenetriamine as raw materials, by nucleophilic ring-opening reac?tion of epoxy and amino. The modified emulsion of hyperbranched amino modified polysiloxane was prepared and applied in finishing of cotton fabric. The influence of finishing technology on the properties of finished fab?ric was studied, and the conditions of finishing process were optimized, the properties of the fabric finished by the modified emulsion were tested. The results indicated that: the modified emulsion had excel ent stable property and no floating oil, the average particle size of the modified emulsion was 56 nm; as the dosage of finished agent of hyperbranched amino modified polysiloxane (solid content was 30%) was 12 g/L, the curing temperature was 130 ℃, the curing time was 60 s, the integral area value of finished fabric was 0.483, the re?duction ratio of integral area value was 71.5%, the wetting time was 12.6 s. Compared with the block poly?ether modified amino silicone oil, the fabric finished by hyperbranched amino modified silicone oil had the same hydrophilicity and whiteness, and the softness were obviously improved. Compared with the amino mod?ified silicone oil, the fabric finished by hyperbranched amino modified silicone oil had the same softness, but the hydrophilicity and whiteness were obviously improved.
