摘　　要：针对采煤机液压制动器使用早期出现温升过高和制动力矩不足现象,研制一套液压制动器试验台。该试验台可以对液压制动器进行温升测试和力矩测试,以判定出厂时是否满足设计要求。并对某批次YDD600型液压制动器进行测试,以实测数据判定产品是否合格,实例证明该套试验台简单实用。For the high temperature and torque insufficient phenomena appeared in the early use of shearer hydraulic brake, developed a set of hydraulic brake test bench. The test bench can carried out on the hydraulic brake temperature test and torque test to determine whether the products meet the design requirements. Test a batch of YDD600 hydraulic brake to determine whether the products are qualified by the real data. Facts have proved that the equipment is simple and practical.
