摘　　要：根据工作装置机构静平衡,求解各工况下的制动力矩表达式,利用Matlab软件计算出最大制动力矩。提出制动工况的全运行区域计算,改善了传统的取几个典型位置计算的不足。According to manipulator static equilibrium, break torque formulae of each load condition were solved and accurate maximum break torques were calculated using Matlab. All bucket courses were covered, which improves the fault of the traditional method that chooses several typical positions.
