摘  要:利用劈裂拉伸破碎原理碎煤的滚筒式采煤机在作业时存在产尘率高、煤块率低和能耗高的缺陷,提出了一种冲击劈刺原理的冲击式破煤机,采用共轴曲柄滑块机构为双相交流液压冲击系统输入能量,充分利用煤体分层和煤壁自由面的特性,让刀具排布平行于煤壁自由面,刀具连续冲击和劈刺使煤体破碎,并从煤壁上剥落下来。通过Matlab软件对液压冲击系统仿真,得到前后端刀架的运动规律和液压系统压力变化规律,证明了冲击式破煤机的冲击和劈刺破煤能力。试验结果表明,产尘率比滚筒式采煤机降低80%以上,块煤率可达到86%,比滚筒式采煤机提高20%以上,节能效果显著,达到冲击式破煤机的设计目的。The coal stoker breaking has the defect of drum dust production rate exists, coal and energy higher rate while working, which is working with the principle of splitting tensile breaking. A new principle with impact shock bayonet fighting broke coal is proposed, using a total of axis slider-crank mechanism for the two-phase AC input power hydraulic shock system, which makes full use of the characteristics of coal and coal-layered wall free surface, so that the tool arranged parallel to the free surface coal wall, tool making continuous shock and bayonet fighting coal crushing, and peeling from the walls of coal down. The matlab software is used for hydraulic shock system simulation, computes the movement and the hydraulic system pressure variation, the impact of the impact of broken coal and coal capacity split punctured is proved. The results after assembly show that the dust production rate is lower than the tumble more than 80% coal, lump coal rate can reach 86%, compared with drum coal increased by more than 20% energy saving effect is remarkable, the designed target of the impact breaking coal is to be achieved.
