综放工作面大倾角带式输送机应用与研究

摘　　要：根据开滦唐山矿业公司Y486综放工作面顺槽带式输送机使用情况分析,对Y485工作面顺槽带式输送机进行改造,找出在煤层赋水大倾角下山条件下影响带式输送机运行的主要原因:即带式输送机机头堆输送带撒煤、中部水煤冲击撒煤、重载停车撒煤、电控系统不完善等问题,采用带式输送机机头加自动张紧、加大输送带包角、增加盘式制动闸、完善电控系统等措施予以解决,达到减少机电事故,确保带式输送机正常使用。The crossheading belt conveyer used in tangshan mining branch company Y486 fully mechanized caving is modified after its application analyzing. The main factors that influence the belt conveyer under the steep coal seam water bearing condition such as coal falling bring by the coal pile in head section、coal falling in middle section bring by wet coal shocking、coal falling bring by heavy load parking、electric control system defects are found. The measures such as the belt head with automatic tension、increasing the wrap angle of the tape、additional disc brake are taken to reduce electromechanical faults and ensure the device work normally.
