摘　　要：对我国重点煤矿安全高效综采工作面使用的重型高端液压支架在使用过程中出现的底座柱窝穿底现象进行了探讨,从产品设计、制造、国产板材等方面的技术水平现状分析了底座柱窝穿底损坏的原因,总结了我国目前高端液压支架的设计、使用应遵循的原则,提出了设计、使用、维护应注意的事项。Investigated the phenomena of leg pocket pierce through base, which occurred in practical use of heavy-duty, high end roof support on safety high efficiency fully mechanized mining work face in some key coal mines in China, analyzed the reasons from current technology level status of product design, manufacture, and domestic made steel plates, summarized the principles obeyed in roof support design and practical applications, and put forward matters need attentions in design, practical use and maintenance.
