摘　　要：阐述了一种采煤机内喷雾系统的新型结构,针对传统采煤机内喷雾系统使用寿命短、密封易损坏、经常渗漏等问题,提出了采用双重密封并在第2道密封处使用脂润滑的方法,解决了以往内喷雾系统寿命短经常更换密封等问题。The paper describes a new kind of structure of inner spraying system. Aiming at the problem of short service life、easy damaged seal and frequent leakage of traditional shearer＇s inner spraying system structure, the method of adopting double pressurize and using grease lubrication on the secondary seal was proposed, and solved the problems of short service life and frequent switch seal of spraying system.
