摘  要:基于矿井热害对井下职工健康危害的考虑,研制出了一种冷风型矿用制冷机组,该机组首次采用半封闭式螺杆压缩机,克服了开启式活塞机和螺杆机的性能缺陷。介绍了制冷机组基本原理、测试过程以及应用情况,结果表明:该制冷机组性能良好、运行稳定可靠;设计工况下机组的制冷量达到440 k W、COP达到3.6、蒸发器的空气流通阻力仅为510 Pa;在紧急情况下机组的安全保护性能可靠。Considering harm of mine heat disaster to the workers, a model of mine refrigeration unit was developed. This unit employed the semi-hermetic screw compressor which can overcome the performance defects of the piston machine and screw machine. This paper will introduce the fundamental principles and experiment process of the refrigeration equipment, refrigeration unit for the test. The results show that the unit has high performance and stable running. The refrigerating capacity of the refrigeration unit is 440 k W under the design condition, and the COP arrives at 3.6. The air flow resistance of evaporator is 510 Pa under the operating conditions. Security and protection performance of the unit is reliable in case of emergency.
