摘　　要：介绍了ZDB-45型带式输送机用断带保护装置的系统组成、工作原理和结构组成;该断带保护装置具有检修功能,在检修功能模式下,可利用控制箱上的动作控制按钮控制制动装置的动作,实现对输送带的夹紧与松开;介绍了断带保护装置在一次更换故障改向滚筒作业中的应用,在作业过程中,利用断带保护装置对承载带和回程带进行夹持固定,代替传统的人工夹紧固定的操作;这种应用减少了劳动强度,缩短了更换时间,提高了作业安全性和工作效率。The system composition, working principle and structure of the ZDB-45 type broken belt protective device for belt conveyor were introduced. The broken belt protective device has the maintenance function, in the maintenance mode, the motion of belt clamping and loosening can be controlled by operating the motion control buttons on the control box. Introduces the application of the belt broken protective device in operation of damaged bend pulley replacing. In the process of bend pulley replacing operation, the belt broken protective device clamped the load belt and return belt,replacing the artificial operation of belt clamping using fixed splints. The application of the protective device can reduce the labor intensity, shorten the replacing time, improve the operation safety and work efficiency.
