前列舒通联合萘哌地尔治疗慢性前列腺炎临床分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨分析前列舒通胶囊联合萘哌地尔治疗慢性前列腺炎的临床疗效。方法:选择400例慢性前列腺炎患者,随机分为实验组和对照组,每组200例,对照组予萘哌地尔治疗,实验组在对照组治疗基础之上服用前列舒通胶囊诊治,观察两组患者的临床治疗效果。结果:实验组总有效率92.5%,较对照组高(70.5%),具有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:前列舒通胶囊联合萘哌地尔治疗慢性前列腺炎,能够显著提高临床治疗效果,值得在临床上推广。Objective： To explore the curative effects of Qianiie Shutong combined with Naftopidil in treating chronic prostatitis. Methods： 400 cases with chronic prostatitis were randomly divided into treatment group and control group with 200 cases. Control group were treated with Naftopidil, and treatment group were treated with Qiardie Shuton additionally. The clinical effects of the two groups were observed after treatment. Results： the total effective rate of treatment group was 92.5%, higher than that of control group （70.5%）, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusions： Qianlie Shutong combined with Naftopidil in treating chronic prostatitis significantly improved the clinical curative effect, worth clinical promotion.
