中国新疆边境贸易便利化影响因素实证研究

摘　　要：本文利用"电路模型"模拟了边境贸易流程与影响因素研究体系,通过因子分析与结构方程模型对新疆边境贸易便利化发展的影响因素进行了实证研究。结果表明,电子商务、金融支持部门的服务质量以及物流运输行业的发展对新疆边境贸易便利化起到了促进作用;边贸企业对边境贸易便利化有一定的积极影响,但未达到预期效果;我国与对方国监管流程的便利化程度、口岸设施和口岸效率对推动新疆边境贸易便利化的作用并不明显;政策因素会通过提高边贸企业实力、服务质量与促进物流运输业发展进一步推进边境贸易便利化的深入。This paper uses the “electric circuit model” to simulate the flow of the frontier trade and the study system of the influencing factors, conducting an empirical study on the influencing factors of facilitation of the frontier trade based on the factor analysis and the structural equation model. The results show that the service quality of the electronic commerce and financial support and the development of logistics and transportation have promoted the facilitation of the frontier trade; the frontier trade enterprises have some positive impacts on the facilitation of frontier trade, though have not achieved the expected result; the regulatory process facilitation between China and the trading partners, the port facilities and the port efficiency do not have an obvious influence on promoting facilitation of frontier trade in Xinjiang; the policy factor can enhance the frontier trade facilitation through raising the frontier trade enterprise strength, the service quality and logistics and transportation development.
