应用Bold螺钉内固定融合手术治疗Dwight Ⅱ型足副舟骨12例临床分析

摘　　要：目的探讨应用Bold螺钉内固定融合手术治疗DwightⅡ型足副舟骨的临床效果。方法回顾性分析2010年1月-2012年1月我科应用Bold螺钉手术治疗的12例（18足）DwightⅡ型足副舟骨的病例，术后采用美国足踝外科协会AOFAS评分系统进行疗效评价。结果本组12例均获随访，时间8～20（15．3±4．2）个月，患足疼痛症状消失15足，明显缓解3足，扁平足塌陷减轻5足。结论Bold螺钉手术治疗DwightⅡ型足副舟骨疗效满意，能明显改善疼痛，是一种较好的治疗方式。Objective To discuss clinical effects of surgical treatment with Bold screw internal fixation and fusion on Dwight type Ⅱ accessory navicular bones. Methods We retrospectively analyzed 12 cases （ 18 feet） of Dwight Type Ⅱ accessory navicular bones that had been treated with Bold screw internal fixation and fusion from Jan 2010 to Jan 2012. All the cases were evaluated by AOFAS scoring system. Results All the 12 cases were followed up for a mean of 15.3 ± 4.2 （ 8 - 20） months. The postoperative pain symptoms disappeared in 15 feet and obviously alleviated in 3 feet, and fiat feet subsidence reduced in 5 feet. Conclusion Bold screw internal fixation plus fusion surgery is of satisfactory effect. It may significantly decrease pain and is a worthy surgical choice for treatment of Dwight Type Ⅱ accessory navicular bones.
