摘　　要：目的：了解郑州市管城区居民精神卫生知识知晓现状及其影响因素，为进一步有针对性地宣传教育、普及精神卫生知识工作提供依据。方法：采用三阶段分层随机抽样方法，抽取郑州市管城区15岁及以上常住居民作为调查对象，对其精神卫生知识知晓情况进行调查。结果：该区居民精神卫生知识总体正确率为56．1％。精神卫生知识问卷得分为（11．22＆#177;3．63）分，不同年龄、受教育程度、收入水平及职业人群调查问卷得分差异有统计学意义（F＝151．840、226．931、112．581、161．705，P均＜0．05）。15～岁、65～岁和75～98岁人群得分较高；农民／渔民组和临时工组得分较低；教育程度为研究生及以上组得分较高；收入水平为3001～元组得分高于其他收入组。多重线性回归模型显示，职业、受教育程度、收入水平是精神卫生知识得分的影响因素。结论：管城区居民精神卫生知识知晓率较低。受教育程度较低、收入水平较低者以及农民／渔民和临时工应作为今后精神卫生宣传教育工作的重点人群。Aim：To study the status of mental health awareness and related factors for residents in Guancheng district of Zhengzhou .Methods：Residents aged ≥15 years from Guancheng district were selected by stratified three-stage random sampling.They were investigated by use of the questionnaire for awareness of mental health issued by the General Office of the Ministry of Health in 2010.The data were analyzed by use of SAS 9.1.Results：In this study, the overall correct an-swer rate for awareness of mental health was 56.1%.The mean value of this questionnaire was 11.22 ＆#177;3.63.The scores a-mong residents with different age,educational level, income level, profession were statistically significant （F=151.840, 226.931,112.581,161.705,P〈0.05）.The scores of 15-,65-, and 75-98 years old residents were higher .Compared with other professions ,the total scores of knowledge of mental health in migrant workers and casual workers were the lowest . And the secondary factor was the educational level , total score of residents with master＆#39;s degree was higher than those in other educational levels .Besides, the total score of these residents with an income between 3 001-Yuan was higher than that of the other income level .Multiple linear regression analysis showed that educational level , income level and profes-sions would impact the value of this questionnaire significantly .Conclusion： In general , the awareness rate of mental health may be relatively low in Guancheng district of Zhengzhou .The results also suggest that the future mental health advo-cacy works should focus on the residents with lower educated degree , lower income , as well as the migrant workers and temporary workers.
