摘　　要：立足铁路"实货制"运输要求,分析西部铁路物流园建设现状,探讨产融结合的模式和技术路线。作为多元化投融资改革的突破点,西部铁路物流园建设适宜采取产业资本主导型模式,产融结合以股权融合为基本形式,双方发挥各自优势,加快提升园区整体竞争力,形成同生共长的产融实体。Based on the railway transport demand of ＇real goods business＇, this paper analyzes the construction status of western railway logistic garden, discusses the mode and technology route of combining industry with finance. The construction of western railway logistic garden, as a breakthrough point of diversified financing reform, was adapted for applying the mode of industrial capital as dominant and the equity fusion as the basic form of combination between industry and finance, then both industry and finance could exert their advantages, the overall competitive capacity of logistic garden could be rapidly increased, and the joint-developed entity of industry and finance could be shaped.
