川南城市群一体化发展的铁路网规划方案研究

摘　　要：以引导川南城市群一体化发展为目标,结合川南城市群区域发展规划、城市空间结构,以及综合交通发展趋势,在分析城市群铁路客货运输分布特征及主要客货运走廊基础上,基于"环+放射"铁路网总体架构,按照分层布局思路,从区际骨干网布局、对接周边次级城市群铁路网布局、城市群内部铁路网布局及川南城市群联络线(专支线)布局4个层次,对川南城市群铁路网进行总体布局,提出构建川南城市群"三主一辅三过境七联(支)线"的规划方案。Aiming at leading the integrative development of urban agglomeration in south Sichuan, combining with regional development plan of urban agglomeration in south Sichuan, space structure of the cities and development trend of comprehensive transportation, on the basic of analyzing the distribution characteristics of railway passenger and freight transportation and the main passenger and freight transport corridors in the urban agglomeration, in view of the general framework of ＇loop＋ radiation＇ railway network, and according to the idea of hierarchical layout, this paper makes an overall layout of railway network for urban agglomeration in south Sichuan from 4 layers, i.e., the layout of inter-regional backbone network, the layout of railway network connected with surrounding secondary urban agglomeration, the layout of railway network inside urban agglomeration and the liaison lines （Industrial Sidings or branch lines） layout of urban agglomeration in south Sichuan. The paper also puts forward a program of building ＇3 main lines, 1 auxiliary line, 3 cross-border lines and 7 liaison （branch） lines＇ in urban agglomeration of south Sichuan.
