摘 要:采用傅里叶变换红外光谱技术比较红心杉与普通杉的化学官能团。结果表明:两种木材红外光谱特征吸收峰的位置、数目及形状相似。差异出现在波数1 800~600 cm-1之间,红心杉中1 736 cm-1吸收峰/(I1 736)变得不明显。红心杉中超过50%特征峰吸收相对强度大于普通杉。红心杉的I1 510/I1 736和I1 510/I1 372比值均小于普通杉。红心杉I1 270/I1 230,I1 425/I896,I1 372/I667和I1 372/I2 917均大于普通杉。据此,红心杉中木质素和半纤维素含量低于普通杉,而综纤维素含量大于普通杉。红心杉木质素中愈创木基单元比例较高,且纤维素结晶度大于普通杉。Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy( FTIR) was employed to differentiate chemical functional group between dark red heart wood( RHW) and normal( light-colored) wood( NW) of Cunninghamia lanceolata. The results showed that these two woods presented similar characteristic on absorption peak position,peak amount and shape. Wave number on1 800 ~ 600 cm- 1showed distinction between two wood and peak at 1 736 cm- 1( I1 736) changed tiny in RHW. The relative intensity of more than half peaks in RHW was higher than that in NW. The ratio of peak intensity at I1 510/ I1 736 and I1 510/I1 372 were lesser in RHW than that in NW. But all the ratio of I1 270/ I1 230,I1 425/ I896,I1 372/ I667 and I1 372/ I2 917 were more in RHW than that in NW,which indicated that RHW occupied lesser lignin and hemicelluloses and more holocellulose than NW. The guaiacyl in lignin and cellulose crystallinity was higher in RHW than that in NW.
