摘 要:依存于网络社会的网络舆论和栖身于现实社会的社会舆论长期分离对立,严重影响舆论传播。如何促使两者由对立转化为协调一致,成为亟待解决的问题。共识是舆论的本质特征,实现网络舆论和社会舆论的协调一致可以从共识形成入手。以舆论传播的共识形成过程为立足点,分析舆论系统的微观主体和宏观表现;进一步地,基于计算实验方法,利用Net Logo平台模拟分析缺乏互动、存在共鸣、存在溢散等不同条件下的舆论传播情况。实验结果表明,网络舆论与社会舆论互动所引起的共鸣效果、溢散效果能够推动舆论传播的共识形成。Nowadays there are separation and opposition between online public opinions and offline public opinions, which have many negative impacts on opinion propagation. How to transform their separation and opposition into coordination has been an urgent problem. Consensus is the essential characteristic of public opinions, and consensus-driven interaction is an efficient and effective method to attain coordination. After the analysis of opinion dynamic about consensus, both different kinds of micro-agents and some macro-emerges are discussed. And then, several simulations are proposed, which study how non-interaction, resonance effect and spill-over effect influence consensus with the computational experiment platform of Netlogo. As a result, public opinion interaction between online and offline can lead to resonance effect and spill-over effect which will give impetus to consensus and coordination in the process of opinion dynamic.
