摘 要:采用ABT生根粉、IBA处理柽柳半木质化嫩枝,以清水为对照,在全光照喷雾装置内进行扦插试验,结果表明:以质量浓度200 mg·L-1的ABT处理柽柳嫩枝插穗1 h,平均生根率为84.44%,平均苗高为27.58 cm,平均主根长为10.9 cm;用相同质量浓度、相同处理时间的IBA进行处理,平均生根率为65.56%,平均苗高为25.31 cm,平均主根长为11.37 cm,ABT生根粉处理的生根效果好于IBA,但两者对苗高和主根生长均无作用。The cuttage experiment was carried in full illumination spraying device by using the half lignification tender branch of Tamarix chinensis Lour.which was treated by ABT and IBA.Furthermore, the water was the control.The result showed that the average rooting rate , seedling height and the length of main root was 84.44%, 27.58 cm and 10.9 cm af-ter treating the Tamarix chinensis Lour.tender branch cutting slips by 200 mg? L^-1 ABT, 1h.Moreover, the average roo-ting rate, seedling height and the length of main root was 65.56%, 25.31 cm and 11.37 cm in the same mass concentra-tion and time by IBA .The rooting effect of ABT was better than IBA .Nevertheless , both of them had no effect on seedling height and the growth of main root .
