正交实验优选黄连解毒合剂的工艺研究

摘　　要：目的:优选黄连解毒合剂提取工艺的最佳条件。方法:以干膏、黄芩苷为评价指标,用正交实验法对黄连解毒合剂进行制备工艺的筛选。结果:最佳提取工艺为煎煮2次,每次加水8倍,第1次1小时,第2次0.5小时,醇沉浓度为55%。结论:该优选工艺合理可行。Objective： To optimize the best conditions of extraction process of HuanLian JieDu mixture. Methods： The preparation of HuanLian JieDu mixture was screened by orthogonal test by taking the extract yield and baicalin as the evaluating indexes. Results： The best extraction process was as follows： extracting twice, adding water of eight times, extracting for one hour at the first time, half of one hour at the second time, alcohol-precipitation concentration was 55%. Conclusion： The optimized technology is reasonable and feasible.
