摘 要:目的:优选天芪降糖颗粒的制备工艺。方法:以成型率、流动性、溶化性为指标,筛选赋形剂、润湿剂品种及配比,优选最佳成型工艺。结果:最佳制粒工艺:天花粉、茯苓粉碎,过80目筛,与流浸膏混合制软材,润湿剂为70%的乙醇,乙醇用量比为20%,CRH65%。结论:颗粒剂工艺合理,简便稳定,可用于大批量生产。Objective: To optimize preparation technology of TianQi JiangTang granules. Method: The best molding process was optimized by taking the shaping rate, fluidity and dissolubility as the indexes, excipient, the types of wetting agents and proportions were screened. Results:The optimal preparation technology: TianHuaFen (Trichosanthis Radix) and FuLing [Poria cocos (Schw.)Wolf.] smashed, 80-mesh screen, mixed with fluid extract to make soft material, wetting agent was 70%ethanol, ethanol volume ratio was 20%and CRH 65%. Conclusion:The preparation of the granule is reasonable, simple and stable, it could be used for mass production.
