摘　　要：特色文库是图书馆藏书建设的重要组成部分,是图书馆独具特色的库中库,特色文库建设滥觞于80年代的高校图书馆,对提高藏书建设水平及读者服务质量发挥了重要作用。文章以大连图书馆特色文库建设的创新实践为例,全面梳理了公共图书馆特色文库建设的类型、意义、类型、现状及对策,为今后公共图书馆的特色文库建设指明了方向。feature library is an important part of library collection construction of library,is a unique library construction,characteristics,originated in the 80 years of university library,has played a great role in improving the quality of the service for readers of library construction and the museum.Based on the construction practice of Library of Library of Dalian as an example,comprehensively summarizes the significance,type,current situation and Countermeasures of construction of characteristic library of the public library,points out the direction for the future construction of characteristic library of the public library.
