摘　　要：高校合校后校区图书馆整合涉及组织管理、人力资源部门配置等现实问题,学科分馆采访馆员和学科馆员的职责变分馆采访模式为学科采访馆员模式。文章分析了分馆采编部主导的学科采访馆员机制的建立,以及基于读者决策采购(PDA)平台的分馆转移采访学科文献保障机制,以此探讨实现高校图书馆学科精益采访的途径。Campus library integration of merger universities involve questions of reality：organization and management、 distribution of human resources department,etc.The duty＇ s change of subject sub-Library acquisition librarian and subject librarian provides favorable conditions to the model change from sub-library acquisition to subject acquisition librarian.On this basis,paper analyses the mechanism establishment of subject acquisition librarian leading by purchase and catalogue department of sub-Library,and shift acquisition subject literature guarantee mechanism of sub-Library on the basis of PDA platform,in order to discuss the way to realize subject lean acquisition in university library.
