摘　　要：网络学习已成为一种重要的学习方式,安全有效的进行网络学习,实现网络知识转移是我们面临的重要问题。文章基于网络知识转移的实现背景,提出网络知识转移的方法和国家人才培养战略,以及对多元网络知识转移带来学习方式的变革,成为教育机构新职能的展望。The network learning has become an important way of learning in the era Internet,network security effectively learn,network knowledge transfer is an important issue we face.Article achieve background knowledge transfer network,a method of knowledge transfer networks and national personnel training strategies,and diverse network of knowledge transfer to bring about change and outlook based learning.
