摘  要:考虑火工品外界刺激量具有随机性的特点,提出了基于应力-强度干涉模型的火工品可靠性设计方法.该方法将可靠性指标通过应力-强度干涉模型转换为火工品感度分布参数,通过感度分布参数的合理取值实现火工品发火可靠性与安全可靠性的兼容设计.推导了应力与强度分布服从正态-正态、对数正态-对数正态分布情况下的火工品可靠性设计公式.实例说明采用该方法的设计结果能同时满足发火可靠性指标和安全可靠性指标.Based on the stress-strength interference theory,a new method for reliability design of initiating devices was presented to solve the randomicity of input energy.To achieve a reasonable design of fire reliability and safety reliability,the reliability index was transformed into sensitivity distribution parameter with a stress-strength interference model.The reliability design formulas about stress and strength in the normal distribution-normal distribution or lognormal distribution-lognormal distribution were deduced.An application example showes that the product designed with this method can both meet the requirements of fire reliability and safety reliability.It also showes that the new method can play an instructive role in reliability design of initiating devices.
