摘　　要：针对电网信息采集要求,结合计算机技术、网络技术和远程监控技术,采用Visual Studio 2010开发软件和SQL Server 2008数据库,设计了基于Web的电网参数监测与管理系统。该系统对监测仪进行实时监控,获得数据信息,存储到数据库服务器,并进行处理分析,得到各个电网监测点的运行情况,为改善电网电能质量提供了有力的保障。现场应用表明,该系统具有较高的可行性、可靠性与实时性。In order to satisfy the requirements of the information collection in the grid, a monitoring and management system based on Web is designed by using the computer technology, network technology and the remote monitoring technology. The software of Visual Studio 2010 and SQL Server 2008 are taken as developed tools to achieve the goals. The developed system monitors the meter in time, collects data, and stores them in the database server. Using the statistical technology, the quality of the grid is analyzed from those collected data. The results can be provided as evidences to design the strategies for improving the quality of the electricity. The applications demonstrates the effectiveness, feasibility and reliability.
