摘　　要：新建"应用型"本科院校思想政治理论课应紧紧围绕学院转型期的特点,结合行业及地方经济文化发展的实际,着力于增强导向作用、强化人文通识价值、注重包容性发展和彰显新建本科院校"应用型"特色.为此,新建本科院校需要大力加强思政课师资队伍建设、创设融合开放的研究格局、强化实践教学、注重协同创新,促进理论教学和实践教学的有机融合.With the expansion of China＇s higher education connotation-oriented development, the Ideological and Political Theory Course is facing huge challenge and opportunity in newly-built undergraduate colleges. Ideological and Political The- ory Course should be closely around the transition situation of newly-built undergraduate colleges, combined with the actual industry and the development of local economy and culture, to enhance the guiding role, to strengthen the humanities val- ue, to focus on the inclusive development and to reveal ＂applying＂ characteristics. It is also vital for newly-buih under- graduate colleges to strengthen teaching staff construction of ideological and political theory course, by the creating of open research pattern and practice teaching, so as to promote the organic integration of theory and practice and collaborative in- novation.
