摘　　要：目的探讨应用ABC法优化药品库存,提高资金使用效率和药库工作效率。方法运用ABC分类法对药库药品进行分类管理,结合药品供应链平台自动制定合理采购计划。结果 ABC分类法能有效提升药品周转效率,提高采购资金使用效能,使药品库存趋于合理。结论在药库药品供应链的自动化改造中,利用ABC分类法使药品高低限量的设定更为合理,提高药品管理水平和保障能力。Objective To speed up the cash flow in the hospital, improve the work efficiency and optimize the quantity of drugs inventory by using activity based classification（ABC）. Methods The ABC method was used to classify and manage the inventory drugs. Reasonable drug purchase lists had been automatically generated based on the drug supply chain platform. Results The application of ABC method could effectively increase the turnover rate of inventory drug and make the drug purchase cash use more efficient, which also could bring a reasonable inventory quantum. Conclusion During the improvement of the hospital drug supply chain, the application of ABC method makes the level of limited quantity of drugs more reasonable, improves the level of drug management, and ensures the drug supply.
