摘　　要：随着我国滨海电厂数量的增加,温排水对周边海域水环境和水生态的影响日益突出。本文参照《海洋工程环境影响评价技术导则》中界定的海洋工程环境影响评价的主要内容,分析温排水对海域水文条件、海水水质、海洋生物多样性、生物洄游和产卵场、赤潮等方面可能产生的影响,并探讨进一步的研究方向。With the number of the coastal power plants increasing,the impact of thermal discharge from these power plants on the environmental and ecological conditions of the peripheral sea area is becoming more and more serious.Referred to the main content of Technical Guidelines for Environmental Impact Assessment of Marine Engineering,this paper analyzes the potential impacts of the thermal discharge on sea area hydrology conditions,the quality of sea water,variety of sea animal,migratory field,spawning area and the red tide,meanwhile,discusses the further research direction in this field.
