摘 要:结合当前无烟煤选煤技术现状和无烟煤产品市场应用情况,针对以进口朝鲜无烟煤为代表的无烟煤,通过筛分和泥化试验,研究其煤样性质和可选性,利用三锥水介旋流器和浮选试验,探讨此类无烟煤的分选效果。提出一种新的分选方法和工艺流程方案,即重介浅槽分选机-三锥水介旋流器-浮选联合工艺。该工艺结构简单,不需要脱泥入洗,解决了重介旋流器分选工艺中细粒级精煤脱介难题,为生产高质量无烟煤提供了可靠方法。经理论计算,最终理论精煤产率可达79.09%,灰分为9.80%。其中,块精煤灰分为10%,产率为10.97%;末精煤灰分为9.76%,产率为65.12%。Considering the status quo of coal preparation technology and market application of anthracite products, the paper studied the properties and washability of the imported Korean anthracite through the screening and mud tests. The separa- tion effect was evaluated through tri-hydrocyclone separator and flotation tests. The study presents a new separation method introducing the combined technology on dense medium separator, tri-hydrocyclone separator and flotation. The results show that this technology solves the problems of efficiently taking off heavy medium from the fine grained cleans in heavy-medium cyclone process without preliminary desliming and collecting high-quality anthracite as well. The theoretical calculation proves the yield of all cleaned coal, piece cleaned coal and powder cleaned coal is 79.09%, 10. 97% and 65.12% respectively and their ash content is 9.80%, 10% and 9.76% accordingly.
