论中国特色社会主义法治的信仰化

摘　　要：建设中国特色社会主义法治社会,要将中国特色社会主义法治理念内化为公民的内在信仰。为此,必须加强中国特色社会主义法律伦理建设;在法律伦理价值观中要吸纳其他民族的先进法治理念,更要彰显中华民族固有的法律文化;在立法、司法和执法中坚持以人为本的法律伦理价值观,真正做到立法为民、司法为民和执法为民;最后,要加强社会成员公民意识和法治观念的教育。Building socialism with Chinese characteristics with rule of law, needs to internalize socialism rule of law with Chinese characteristics concepts to citizen inner faith. For that, we need to reinforce the construction of socialism rule of law with Chinese characteristics ethics, law ethics values should absorb other nations advanced law concept, and manifest Chinese nation ＇s law cultures,consist people oriented law ethics concept values in, and enforcement, truly achieve legislation for the people, judiciary for the people, and enforcement for the people. Above all, members of society must gain concept of modernized civic awareness and law concept.
