摘　　要：分析了我国高校工程教育存在的问题,提出了改革措施。基于卓越工程师培养计划对工程实践和工程设计教育的重视,结合化工专业的特点,在教学实践中摸索出提高学生工程设计能力的培养途径。The current problems of engineering education in university in our country are analyzed, and reform measures are putted forward. Based on outstanding engineers plans paying attention to the engineering practice and engineering design education, and according to the characteristics of the chemical industry professional, in the teaching practice a training way to improve the students＇ engineering design ability is figured out.
