回收油脂反浮选钙质胶磷矿正交实验研究

摘　　要：本文采用回收油脂及其复合浮选药剂对钙质中低品位磷矿进行了正交浮选研究,以浮选温度、pH值、浮选药剂用量、复合药剂配比为正交实验因素A、B、C和D,每个因素设3个水平。极差与方差计算结果表明,pH值和浮选温度较显著地影响目标函数磷精矿品位,低pH值和高浮选温度有利于磷精矿品位的提高;pH值能显著影响回收率,低pH值有利于回收率的提高;浮选药剂加入量和pH值较显著影响磷矿产率,加大药剂用量和降低pH值有利于提高磷精矿产率。正交实验获得的最佳浮选条件为:浮选温度25℃、pH值4、混合药剂加入量0.5㎏/t、十二烷基苯磺酸钠与油酸钠的配比1∶9,验证实验所得磷精矿品位、回收率和产率分别达到31.11%、99.94%和59.17%,说明回收油脂用于钙质中低品位磷矿的浮选具有较好的效果。In this paper, orthogonal flotation tests on mid-low calcium eollophane with recycled oils and their composite reagents were carried out. The effects of flotation temperature, pH, the dosage of flotation reagents and pharmaceutical compound ratio as orthogonal factor A, B, C and D that have three leveL, respectively on the flotation process were studied. Range and varimce calcula- tion results show that pH （B） and flotation temperatture （A） have more significant impacts on the objective function of phosphorus concentrate grade, low pH （B） and high flotation terr perature are conducive to the improvement of phosphorus concentrate grade. Low pH （B） also help improve the recovery rate. M.canwhile the dosage of flotation reagents （C） and pH （B） have notable influence on the yield of phosphate rock. The larger drug usage （C） and lower pH value （B） are beneficial to increasing the yeld of phos- phorus concentrate grade. The results of the orthogonal tests indi- cate that the optimal flotation conditions are A1BaC1 Da, that is, temperature 25 ＂C, pH 4, the dosage of flotation reagents 0.5 kg / t, ratio of sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate and sodium oleate 1 t 9. The phosphate concentrate obtained from the verification tests has its grade, recovery and productivity up to 31. ll%, 99.94% and 59.17% respectively, which illustrates that recycled oils have relatively good effectiveness for flotation of rnid-low grade calcium collophane.
