摘　　要：信息化背景下,现时期高校档案工作中的重点是转变思想观念,增强档案意识,以提高人员素质,发挥团队协作,拓宽高校档案工作的服务领域,拓展服务内容,丰富服务品种,使我们面向校园和社会的服务之路更加宽广,充分开发和利用高校档案信息资源为和谐社会服务,使档案管理工作发挥它应有的社会效益,大力推进高校档案管理的信息化建设。Under the background of information,the current period of university archives work focus is to change ideas and enhance the awareness of archives,in order to improve the quality of personnel,to play team cooperation,to broaden the service field of archives work in colleges and universities,to deepen and expand service content,to make service varieties rich,to make the campus and social service road wider,to fully develop and utilize archives information resources in colleges and universities to serve for the country and society,to make archives management work play its due social benefits,and to promote the informatization of the construction of university archives management.
