摘  要:采用溶胶-凝胶法在FTO玻璃上制备TiO2介孔薄膜,重点研究了悬涂次数对薄膜的厚度及孔径大小的影响。对所制备的TiO2介孔薄膜进行X射线衍射分析,结果表明结晶度好,为锐钛矿结构;扫描电子显微镜研究结果表明,介孔的大小均匀且分布均匀;对不同厚度的介孔薄膜进行光学性能研究,及光电转化效率研究,结果发现,随着薄膜厚度的增加,吸光性逐渐增强,但是光电转化效率表现出先增加后减小的趋势。TiO2 mesoporous films were prepared by sol-gel process on FTO glass,and the impact of time of suspension coating on the thickness of films and the size of the apertures were emphatically studied.X-ray diffraction showed that the crystallinity of the films were well.The SEM showed that the porosity and pore size distribution of the films were all uniform.the optical performance and the photoelectric conversion efficiency(IPCE)of the films by different times of suspension coating were studied.The results showed that the absorbance was increased,but the IPCE was first increased and then decreased by along with the times of suspension coating increased.
