摘  要:以甲基丙烯酸甲酯(MMA)、丙烯酸丁酯(BA)和乙烯基硅烷A-171为原料进行乳液聚合,合成了一种增容型聚丙烯酸酯改性剂FI。利用高温高压失水仪测试其降滤失性能,结果表明,A-171含量为20%(wt,质量分数)的改性剂FI-20%其水泥浆降滤失效果最好,失水量由原来的48mL下降到16.5mL,黏度也较低。水泥石的抗压强度随着改性剂FI-20%含量的增加而逐渐下降,而抗压强度则呈现出先增大后减小的现象,且在FI-20%含量为6%时水泥石的抗折强度达到最大值,为8.62MPa。A solubilized oil well cement fluid loss agent FI was successfully synthesized by emulsion polymerization with methyl methacrylate(MMA),butyl acrylate(BA)and silane coupling agent A-171,and the best process was available,too.The cement paste filter loss was measured by high temperature and high pressure filtration instrument,and the result shown that the water loss amount was decreased from 48 mL to 16.5mL when the A-171 content of cement paste was20wt%,and fluidity was relatively lower.Cement paste's compressive strength and flexural strength were tested by compression test apparatus and bending test apparatus.With increasing FI-20wt%,the compressive strength of set cement was decrease monotonously,while the flexural strength was increased gradually,and had a maximum of 8.62 MPa,but when the addition of FI-20wt% was more than 6wt%,the flexural strength was decreased instead.
