摘 要:首先采用两步法合成磺基丁二酸酯淀粉(SSS):以马来酸酐为酯化剂制备马来酸酯淀粉,再使取代原子团中的双键磺化得到SSS。然后以拉伸强度、断裂伸长和断裂功为量化指标,研究了聚乙烯醇(PVA)对SSS的增塑效果,以解决SSS薄膜过于脆硬的缺陷。结果表明SSS与PVA共混之后,能够显著增大淀粉薄膜的断裂伸长和断裂功,提高韧性。随着PVA共混比例的增加,共混物薄膜的脆性下降,韧性提高。SSS经过PVA共混增韧后,仍对疏水性涤纶纤维保持较高的粘合强度。The preparation of sulfosuccinylated starch can be divided into two-steps,first maleic anhydrid used as esterification agent to prepare the maleinated starch,then the double bond radical was replaced with sodium bisulfite.The influences of PVA on the behavior of blending films were evaluated in terms of tensile strength,elongation at break and breaking work.The results demonstrated that the break elongation and breaking work can be improved with increasing the proportion of PVA,meanwhile,the toughness of films was enhanced However,the bonding strength of synthetic fibers still remained the high value.
