摘 要:采用有机物前驱法制备纳米CoAl2O4催化剂,并应用于光催化还原CO2/H2O体系中。通过TG-DTA、FTIR、XRD对光催化剂进行表征,表征结果显示,催化剂属于尖晶石相,粒子尺寸约为10-30nm,催化剂的最佳煅烧温度为900℃。在催化剂用量为1.5g/L、反应时间为8h、CO2流量200mL/min、反应温度为80℃、反应液中NaOH和Na2SO3的浓度均为0.10mol/L条件下,甲酸产率高达936.82μmol/g-Cat。并对纳米CoAl2O4催化剂光催化还原CO2的机理进行了探究。The preparation of nano CoAl2O4 by using organic catalyst precursor and applying to CO2/H2 O photocatalytic reduction system.The photocatalyst was characterized by TG-DTA,FTIR and XRD.Characterization results showed that the catalyst belonged to the spinel phase,particle size was about 10-30nm,and the optimum catalyst calcination temperature was 900℃.When the catalyst dosage was 1.5g/L,the reaction time was 8h,the reaction temperature was/80℃,and CO2 flow rate was 200mL/min,NaOH and Na2SO3 concentration of the reaction solution all was 0.10mol/L,formic acid yield was as high as 936.82μmol/g-Cat.At last,the mechanism of nanometer CoAl2O4 catalyst photocatalytic reduction of CO2 was explored.
