改进溶胶-凝胶法制备纳米TiO_2薄膜及其光催化制氢性能

摘  要:以钛酸丁酯为原料,采用改进的溶胶-凝胶法制备ITO负载纳米TiO2薄膜,通过XRD、SEM和UV-Vis等检测方法对薄膜样品进行表征,并考察其在双室光电化学池中制氢反应的光催化活性。结果表明:纳米TiO2薄膜为锐钛矿-金红石混晶结构,当溶胶中P25粉末含量为0.09g/mL时制备的TiO2薄膜产氢量最大,光催化性能较好。The TiO2/ITO thin film were prepared by the modified sol-gel method with Ti(OC4H9)4as raw material.The samples were characterized by XRD,SEM and UV-Vis.The photocatalytic activity of the film was evaluated by the hydrogen production in a two-compartment photoelectrochemical cell.The results indicated that the film was composed of mixed crystals which included anatase phase and rutile phase.The film obtained by mixing 0.09g/mL P25 powder in TiO2 sol exhibited higher photocatalytic activity and maximum hydrogen production.
