磷酸肌酸钠综合治疗新生儿窒息心肌损害疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察磷酸肌酸钠综合治疗新生儿窒息后合并心肌损害的临床疗效。方法:176例新生儿窒息后合并心肌损害患儿随机分为观察组和对照组各88例。对照组采用常规药物治疗;观察组在对照组基础上加用磷酸肌酸钠0.25 g+葡萄糖注射液50 m,ivd qd。治疗7 d后,观察两组患儿心肌酶和心电图变化,比较两组临床疗效和药品不良反应。结果:治疗后,两组患儿心肌酶均较治疗前明显下降(P<0.05),且观察组下降幅度大于对照组(P<0.05);两组心率改善、QT间期最小值及QT散度、LVEF较治疗前明显改善(P<0.05),且观察组改善优于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组总有效率96.59%,高于对照组的89.77%(P<0.05)。两组患儿均未见明显不良反应发生。结论:采用磷酸肌酸钠综合治疗新生儿窒息后心肌损害,能显著改善心肌酶和心电图,具有较好的疗效和安全性。Objective： To observe the clinical curative effect on creatine phosphate sodium comprehensive treatment on myocardial damage in neonatal asphyxia. Methods ： 176 cases of myocardial damage in neonatal asphyxia were divided randomly into observation group and control group, each 88 cases. Patients in control groupwere given routine drug treatment, while the observation group were given creatiue phosphate sodium 0. 25g added to glucose solution 50ml, ivd qd on the basis of the control group. Both groups were treated 7d. The changes of myocardial enzyme and electrocardiogram and clinical curative effect, adverse drug reactions in the two group were observed and compared. Results ： After treatment, the myocardial enzyme of the two groups of children had significant declined（P 〈0.05） , and the results of observation group were better than that of control group （P 〈 0.05）. Compared with those before treatment, the heart rate improvement, QT minimum, QT dispersion degree, LVEF inthe two groups were all improved （ P 〈 0.05 ）, while the results of observation group were better than that of control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. The clinical effective rate of observation group was 96.59%, higher than that of the control group （89.77%） （P 〈0.05）. There were noobvious adverse drug reactions occurred in the two groups. Conclusion： Using creatine phosphate sodium comprehensive treatment on myocardial damage in neonatal asphyxia ,can significantly improve the myocardial enzyme and electrocardiogram of the patients, it had good treatment effect and safety.
