摘　　要：采用描述性分析方法对某三甲综合医院2012年～2013年上报的320例护理不良事件进行分析,内容包括事件分类、发生原因、发生科室以及上报时限等,从医院大质控平台的角度明确护理负性指标监控点,以更好地避免不良事件,提高质量监控水平.Using the description analysis method,320 nursing adverse events reported during 2012 to 2013 in a ⅢA general hospital were analyzed including the classification,occurrence reason,departments distribution and report effectiveness.From the aspect of the hospital quality control platform,the monitoring points of the nursing negative indicators were clear to avoid the influence of adverse events and to enhance hospital quality control level.
