摘　　要：针对电牵引滚筒式采煤机传动系统齿轮箱中滚动轴承容易发生早期失效的问题,从主机结构、受力及轴承游隙等诸多方面入手分析了相关轴承早期失效的原因,并提出了相应的解决措施,为电牵引滚筒式采煤机的安全、可靠性运行提供了保障。Aiming at the early failure of rolling bearings in transmission system gearboxes of electrical traction drum shearers,the causes for early failure of bearings are analyzed from different aspects of host structure,force and clear-ance.Some corresponding solutions are put forward,which supplies guarantees for safe and reliable operation of electri-cal traction drum shearers.
