摘　　要：运用FOCUS-PDCA分析围手术期医疗护理工作的各个环节,查找手术并发症发生原因和影响围手术期患者安全的因素。通过完善和落实围手术期相关管理制度,改进和优化医疗护理流程,建立围手术期专项质量监控网络等,加强围手术期患者安全管理。FOCUS-PDCA应用后,围手术期患者安全管理各项主要指标均显著提升,手术并发症发生率从0.16%下降到0.08%,有效改善了围手术期医疗质量,保障了患者安全。The perioperative medical and nursing care process was analyzed by using FOCUS-PDCA to identify the causes of operation complications and influencing factors on perioperative patient safety.The patient safety management during perioperative period was carry out through improvement of the perioperative period management rules and regulations,optimization of the perioperative medical and nursing process,and establishment of the perioperative quality monitoring network etc.Major indicators of the perioperative management had all risen,and operation complication rate dropped from 0.16％ to 0.08％,which effectively improved perioperative medical quality and ensured patients safety.
