摘  要:目的了解企业医院所有制及管理模式转变后对医务人员的影响,为医院管理工作改革提供参考。方法采用自制问卷调查在院工作满10年的医务人员。结果医务人员对业务量增长、环境改善、职业发展、领导班子管理的满意度较高,对人际关系的满意度较低。结论医院在医疗业务快速发展的同时,应加强医院文化建设,培育优秀的医院精神,加强管理人员队伍素质建设,完善沟通渠道,建立和谐人际关系等。Objective To investigate the influence of enterprise hospitals' ownership restructuring and management mode changes on medical personnel,to provide references for the reform of hospital management.Method Medical personnel with working for more than 10 years in the hospital were surveyed using the self-made questionnaire.Result Medical personnel had high satisfaction on business growth,environmental improvement,career development and leadership management,and had low satisfaction on interpersonal relationship.Conclusion With the rapid expansion of medical business,hospital should strengthen hospital cultural construction,cultivate excellent hospital spirit,strengthen quality construction of the management team,improve communication channels and establish harmonious interpersonal relationships.
