摘 要:目的通过对柴黄片血清药物化学研究方法的建立,探讨柴黄片口服吸收后的入血成分。方法采用血清药物化学研究方法,在建立柴黄片超高效液相色谱(UPLC)特征图谱的基础上,通过比较柴黄片原药、柴胡给药后含药血清、黄芩给药后含药血清、柴黄片给药后含药血清、空白血清UPLC特征图谱,鉴定柴黄片口服给药后的血中移行成分。结果口服柴黄片后,从血清中发现20个入血成分,其中6个为柴黄片中原型吸收入血的成分,其余入血成分可能为原型成分的代谢产物。结论 20个入血成分可能是柴黄片的体内直接作用物质,对其进行深入研究将有助于为柴黄片的药效物质基础及药效机制奠定基础。Objective To explore the bioactive constituents of Chaihuang tablets by serum pharmacochemistry method. Methods Ultra performance liquid chromatography fingerprints of Chaihuang tablets were established. The blood migrating constituents of Chaihuang tablets were determined by comparing the UPLC fingerprints of Chaihuang tablets, Chaihuang-contained serum samples, Chaihu-contained serum samples, Huangqin-contained serum samples, and blank serum samples. Results Twenty compounds absorbed into the blood were detected, of which 6 were original constituents of Chaihuang tablets and the rest might be metabolites of the original ones. Conclusion The 20 constituents absorbed in the blood might be the bioactive components of Chaihuang tablets. Further studies on them would be useful to clarify the bioactive constituents and mechanism of action of Chaihuang tablets.
