养正消积胶囊对CaEs-17细胞成瘤组织及对荷瘤裸鼠生存状态与白细胞分类的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨养正消积胶囊对荷瘤裸鼠食管鳞癌的抑制作用及对其生存状态、白细胞计数及分类的影响。方法食管鳞癌Ca Es-17细胞株经培养并接种于裸鼠皮下,随机分组后给予低、中、高剂量的养正消积溶液灌胃,并与顺铂对照。观察荷瘤裸鼠生存状况,测量肿瘤抑制率,检测裸鼠白细胞计数及分类。结果养正消积胶囊对荷瘤裸鼠食管癌组织具有抑制作用,对其日常生活质量、白细胞、淋巴细胞数量具有维持作用,与顺铂组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论养正消积胶囊能抑制荷瘤裸鼠食管癌组织增殖,有利于改善其生存状态与白细胞水平。Objective To investigate the inhibitory effect of Yangzheng Xiaoji capsules on esophageal squamous cell carcinoma and its effect on the condition of survival and white blood cell （WBC） classification of rats. Methods Esophageal carcinoma CaEs-17 cells were cultivated and subcutaneously inoculated in nude mice. Mice with esophageal carcinoma were randomized into three Yangzheng Xiaoji capsule groups with different dosages （low, medium, and high）and one cisplatin group as control. The survival condition of tumor-burdened nude mice were observed. The inhibition rate of tumor was calculated. The number of WBC was determined. Results Yangzheng Xiaoji capsules inhibited the growth of esophageal carcinoma tissues of mice, and consequently improved the survival condition of mice. The number of WBC and lymphocytes in Yangzheng Xiaoji capsule groups were significantly different with that in eisplatin group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Yangzheng Xiaoji capsules has inhibitory effect on growth of esophageal carcinoma tissues, resulting in improvement of quality of survival and keeping normal number of WBC and lymphocytes.
