摘 要:目前不锈钢电化学抛光钝化技术很难对现场的不锈钢成品工件进行有效处理。采用自制不锈钢现场钝化技术装置根据电化学抛光钝化原理对304不锈钢进行电化学刷钝化,利用X射线光电子能谱,扫描探针显微系统和电化学工作站分析了钝化膜的结构、成分、形貌及耐蚀性,研究了不锈钢现场电化学刷钝化的效果,并与酰洗钝化效果进行了对比。结果表明:电化学刷钝化后,不锈钢表面形成一层富铬钝化膜,钝化膜表面平整且Fe2O3含量降低;现场电化学刷钝化比酸洗钝化更能提高不锈钢的点蚀电位。A field passivation facility was established and adopted for electrochemical-brush passivation of304 stainless steel,which was conducted based on the principle of electrochemical polishing.The microstructure,composition,morphology,and corrosion resistance of the passivation coatings were analyzed with an X-ray pholoelectron spectroscope,a scanning probe microscope,and an electrochemical workstation.Furthermore,the effectiveness of the field electrochemical- brush passivation for the stainless steel was examined and compared with that of pickling.It was found that a Cr- rich coating was formed on the stainless steel surface after electrochemical- brush passivation,and the passivation coating was smooth and contained less amount of Fe_2O_3 than the steel surface.In terms of the ability to reduce the pitting potential of the stainless steel,electrochemical-brush passivation was superior to pickling.
