摘 要:席夫碱缓蚀剂因其特殊的结构而具有较好的缓蚀性能,有望在油田防腐蚀中得到广泛应用。合成了一种新席夫碱缓蚀剂2-吡啶甲酰肼缩3,5-二溴水杨醛(L1)。通过塔菲尔极化曲线法、交流阻抗法、扫描电镜法和X射线光电子能谱法研究了L1在模拟油田水中对20钢的缓蚀行为,并探讨了其缓蚀机理。结果表明:L1在模拟油田水中的浓度达到75 mg/L时,表现出良好的缓蚀性能,在不同Na HCO3浓度和Na2S浓度下也显示出较强的缓蚀作用;L1分子在20钢表面形成了吸附膜,其吸附符合Langmuir吸附,且属化学吸附。A novel Schiff base inhibitor,3,5-dibromosalicy-1-aldehyde pyridine-2-formyl hydrazone compound(denoted as L1),was synthesized.The inhibition performance of as-synthesized L1 for carbon steel in simulated oilfield water was evaluated based on measurements of Tafel polarization curve and electrochemical impedance spectrum in combination with scanning microscopic observation and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopic analysis.The inhibition mechanism of the inhibitor was also discussed.It was found that,at a concentration of as much as 75 mg/L,inhibitor L1 exhibited good inhibition performance for the carbon steel in the simulated oilfield water,and it also exhibited good inhibition performance for the carbon steel in simulated oilfield water with various concentrations of HCO_3^- and Na_2S.In terms of the inhibition mechanism,the molecules of L1 were chemically adsorbed on the steel surface to form chemical adsorption film thereby inhibiting corrosion,and the adsorption followed the Langmuir adsorption isotherm.
