摘　　要：为满足海防工程低表面处理涂装要求,制备了以环氧树脂为成膜物质,改性环氧带锈树脂为转化剂,乙酰丙酮为渗透剂,三聚磷酸铝、氧化锌、磷酸锌为防锈颜料,集稳定型、转化型、渗透型为一体的带锈钢铁涂料。涂料的各种性能均达到国家标准,可带锈涂装且湿固化,耐盐雾时间可达500 h,防腐蚀性能优异。An epoxy resin primer integrating stability,conversion ability and osmosis capacity for rusted and wetted steel surface was developed with epoxy resin as the hinder,modified epoxy resin as the conversion agent,acetylacetone as the wetting agent and aluminum tripolyphosphate.zinc oxide and zinc phosphate as the inhibitive pigments.The anlicorrosion behavior of as-prepared epoxy resin primer was evaluated.It was found that the as-prepared epoxy resin primer was qualified in terms of the performances specified in relevant National Standards of China,and it could he directly applied to coating rusted and wetted steel surface.Particularly,the coating made of the primer could endure 500 h of salt-spray,showing excellent anticorrosion ability.
